Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama’s campaign seems to have purposely leaked the contents of the note that he placed in the Kotel, web magazine Israel Insider wrote Tuesday.

While I really don’t doubt the sincerity of the prayer, I’ve watched enough political posturing to know that nothing deliberately done in public by any politician is done without considering how it impacts public opinion. Obama has gone out of his way to present himself as a man of faith, and this prayer was meant to confirm that.
