Obama Ad Pokes Fun at McCain's War Injuries

I’m sure you’ve seen this:

Turns out McCain isn’t refusing to keep up with the times. It seems he can’t use a computer because his war injuries limit his ability to use a keyboard! (source)

As Jonah Goldberg quotes from The Boston Globe (3/4/00) in the above article:

McCain gets emotional at the mention of military families needing food stamps or veterans lacking health care. The outrage comes from inside: McCain’s severe war injuries prevent him from combing his hair, typing on a keyboard, or tying his shoes. Friends marvel at McCain’s encyclopedic knowledge of sports. He’s an avid fan – Ted Williams is his hero – but he can’t raise his arm above his shoulder to throw a baseball.

Classy, Barack, very classy.

Considering that the President probably has a secretary that can send emails for him, I’m just not understanding the problem.
