<p>While the Saudis aren&#8217;t viewed as a threat, and don&#8217;t have the missiles needed to make nuclear weapons (but they obviously have the money to buy them), I&#8217;m still unsure that more nuclear power in that part of the world is a good idea.  After all, there are a lot of terrorists that call Saudi Arabia home&#8230;</p>

<p>In all seriousness, nuclear power gets a bad rap as energy sources go.  If a nation wants to be independent of energy from others and use a clean source, they need to go nuclear.</p>
